We are infused with the sense of glorification & gratification to say that we are the part of the highly reputed
and renowned organization which has nearly 1000 K.Vs all over the country and abroad. Kendriya Vidyalaya
is monitored by an autonomous body known as Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan under the ministry of HRD
Govt. of India.

• Our Vidyalaya KV No.1 Banbasa Cantt, PO Chandani, Distt, Champawat (UK) is located in the lush greenery of nature at the bank of the holy river Sharda. The richness of flora & fauna is a bliss to the teachers & learners. Our Vidyalaya comprises two sections from class I to X and three sections in XI & XII, covering science, commerce & Humanities streams. As of now, it has 956 students. The majority of students hail from defense middle-class families. Their parents are deputed at borders and fields to defend our motherland. Our teachers shape and prune the destiny of these children.
• The Vidyalaya has highly competent, qualified, dedicated & devoted teachers. All the teachers are well-versed in modern methods of teaching based on digital technology.
